Information collected

The inquiry form collects the contact information and leasing preferences you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred apartment layout, move-in timing, and message.

How it is used

Your information is stored with the leasing inquiry and shared with the authorized leasing team so they can respond about pricing, availability, tours, and related next steps. Technical campaign information may be recorded to understand which marketing source produced the inquiry.

Limited website comparison

When you enter an eligible website comparison through an experiment entry link, the site creates a random assignment identifier and records the assigned page version. A signed assignment token is stored in a Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite cookie for up to 30 days. Limited interaction events may record the assignment identifier, page path, selected floor-plan slug, and actions such as a form submission. If an inquiry is saved, the site records that conversion against the verified assignment. The experiment event does not contain the contact details entered in the inquiry form and is used to evaluate the website experience, not for advertising targeting.

Website analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, page engagement, and successful leasing-inquiry submissions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive a sanitized page location, page title, referrer, general device and browser information, and approximate geographic information. The site does not send the name, email address, phone number, message, or other contents of the leasing form to Google Analytics. Unknown query-string fields are removed from the page location sent to Google; only allow-listed campaign tags and floor-plan slugs may remain.

For an eligible comparison, Google Analytics may also receive the experiment name, assigned version, selected floor-plan slug, and allow-listed interface action. It does not receive the site's random assignment identifier. The site's server-recorded experiment ledger remains the source used to decide the comparison result, so blocking Google Analytics does not change the version you receive or prevent a leasing inquiry. Security and abuse prevention

The site uses limited connection and request information to protect the inquiry and analytics endpoints from automated abuse. Its durable rate limiter stores a pseudonymous cryptographic digest derived from the Cloudflare-provided client IP address, along with a request count and time window; the application does not store the raw IP address in this rate-limit record. Expired rate-limit records are scheduled for deletion within approximately 24 hours.

Please do not submit sensitive information

Do not include Social Security numbers, bank or payment details, account passwords, medical information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information in the inquiry form. Application screening and payment information should be handled only through a separately identified secure process.

Your choices

Submitting the form authorizes leasing-related follow-up using the contact details you provide. You can ask the leasing team during follow-up to correct your information or stop future marketing contact. You may also limit Google Analytics through browser privacy controls, content-blocking tools, or Google's browser opt-out add-on; doing so does not prevent use of the inquiry form.

Retention and deletion

Website leasing-inquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 12 months unless they are still needed for an active leasing conversation, a legal obligation, fraud prevention, or another documented operational requirement. Experiment assignments and interaction events are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Operational email copies may follow the authorized leasing team’s mailbox retention procedures. You may request earlier correction or deletion during leasing follow-up, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
